Sunrise Bakery lands Asda deal

West Midlands-based Sunrise Bakery signed a deal to sell its cocktail-inspired cake range, Caketails, in more than 60 Asda stores. 

 

Sunrise Bakery makes a wide range of Caribbean bakery products and said it would like to use this initial platform to target other big supermarkets, independents and food service groups, in a bid to double turnover by the end of 2017.
